I definately would recommend Private Fleet after the excellent customer service I experienced as it was 1000% better than the day before I spoke with Chris where I had visited four Mazda dealers and only ended coming home with a migraine. When he went on holidays I worked with Catherine for the last bit of the process–which was more difficult due to the car’s delivery date being changed–but she, too, was very good and attentive to my needs

Peter is an exemplary representative of Private Fleet. I will only speak with Peter when I intend to purchase another new car in March/April ’07.

Gavin provided wonderful service at a time that I was pretty shaken after an MVA. He was business like but patient.

I was absolutely thrilled with Peter’s speed in finding the car I wanted. He explained everything to me very thoroughly. Throughout the whole deal I was always saying “this seems too good to be true!”

Tim contacted me and organised my deal from home, even though he was on a day off with his sick child.

Erin the sales support person for Anton did a wonderful job of looking after the admin side of this purchase. She advised that Anton wold be in touch, advised who the dealer was after Anton had sourced the dealer who had a vehicle that met my requirements and kept me up to date with priviliges and delivery. Anton listened to what I wanted, made suggestions for me to consider on extras and we completed the order in one call

I found Tim to be helpful and polit even when he experienced my wrath and I was at my wits end as I work on an Ambulance and I had to get to work.

Adam James was enthusuastic and great at communicating ewhat was happening. He returned calls promptly.

Service was brilliant i wanted a brand new honda crv sport 5sp auto and banged my head against a brick wall with salesman who in my opinion thought they had me over a barrel because they were in short supply (about 6 left in queensland at the time) got nowhere with them they were all up for taking the micheal when it came to the trade in on my car after fortnight i gave up, i got a call from lou at work and half an hour later i had a vehicle at the change over price i wanted, job done!! will never talk to another car salesman in my life again thats how good te service was and a big thanks to lou
