A quick passing manoeuvre can be performed all the way through what is a silky marriage between engine response and six-speed automatic gearing. Steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters in the Elite and Premium models add some extra driver fun to the i45 experience. The paddle shifters allow you to control precisely when you want to upshift or downshift the six-speed automatic transmission.
