The on-road price is the price that should really be displayed in the window of every car ready for sale. This would make things much less confusing for the car buyer who is looking for a new set of wheels.
The onroad price is, in a sense, the truer price for the motor vehicle being displayed on the sales yard. The value of the on-road price is the total retail price plus the on road charges which are explained under “on-road costs”.
What the on road price does not include is that of the vehicle’s insurance; so, be warned! Make sure you get your new car insured before you drive it away – a simple phone call can be all that’s necessary. We hope that helps answer the question ‘What is What is an On-Road Price?’!
